Key Duties and Responsibilities Organize own and others work to achieve set deadlines Independently checks the completeness & accuracy of own work prior to review by the Senior Architect or designated senior team member Prepares CAD / REVIT models and other coordination software Follows specific, standardized procedures to achieve set results and deadlines (as set out by the Senior Team members. Proactively checks and coordinates project documents (including but not limited to multi-disciplinary drawings, design reports, technical specifications, etc.) and ensure they meet the project requirements and standards Ensures accuracy and quality of discipline BIM model information, presentation, and coordination Prepares various presentations related to sales requirements such as setting out, customization, perspectives…etc. Collaborates/communicates with other disciplines regarding coordination issues and common design. Regularly reviews and checks their own deliverables for accuracy, efficiency and thoroughness ensuring delivery is as per the agreements and Industry standards Works with the team to communicate, solve, and update design for coordination and design issues. The Position requires an architectural degree holder with experience in architecture, landscape architecture and urban planning on projects within UAE. 5-8 years’ experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
