Being the brand ambassador to reflect brand image to boutique customers. Attain desired results through creative and effective use of resources, retail and CRM tools. Job Description Assistant Boutique Manager – Private Appointment Boutique Location: Mall of the Emirates, Dubai, UAE Position Summary The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for supporting the Boutique Manager in leading an exclusive, appointment-only boutique that delivers an exceptional level of luxury client experience. Unlike a traditional retail boutique, this location operates primarily through scheduled appointments, VIP clienteling and bespoke experiences. The Assistant Boutique Manager plays a critical role in ensuring every appointment is flawlessly executed, relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) are nurtured, and commercial objectives are achieved through personalized client engagement rather than walk-in traffic. The role requires an experienced luxury retail professional with strong clienteling capabilities, excellent operational discipline, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities Boutique Operations - Support the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day management of the boutique. - Ensure the boutique consistently reflects the highest standards of luxury presentation. - Maintain operational excellence across all boutique activities. - Ensure all security and brand procedures are strictly followed. - Supervise boutique opening and closing procedures. - Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate stock movements. Appointment Experience Manage the complete client journey before, during and after each appointment.
