Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed in the development process. 4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to meet project objectives. 5. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web development to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes. Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency in web development technologies such as javascript, react.js, and node.js. 2. Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles. 3. Experience in leading and managing development teams in an agile environment. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. 5. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
