About the role
We are looking for a Fresh Graduate IT Technical Engineer to join our team and support technical operations, IT systems, and technology-related projects. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT systems. - Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems. - Support IT projects and technical implementations. - Monitor and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Assist in preparing and updating technical documentation and reports. - Coordinate with internal teams to address technical requirements. - Stay updated on the latest technologies and technical solutions.
Requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- - Good communication and teamwork skills.
- - Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
