Senior Planning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our luxury construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in planning and project controls within high-end construction projects, with a proven track record of managing project schedules, monitoring progress, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Previous experience working specifically as a Senior Planning Engineer in UAE is mandatory. Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules from project commencement through completion. - Prepare baseline programmes, recovery programmes, look-ahead schedules, and progress updates. - Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, risks, and potential impacts. - Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and schedule updates for management. - Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. - Analyse project performance and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions. - Track critical path activities and ensure timely execution of key milestones. - Conduct delay analysis and assist in developing mitigation and recovery plans. - Review contractor and subcontractor programmes and ensure alignment with project objectives. - Monitor planned vs. actual progress and maintain accurate project records. - Participate in project planning meetings and provide updates on programme status. - Support resource planning, productivity monitoring, and forecasting. - Ensure planning and reporting processes are aligned with project requirements and company standards.
