Location: Abu Dhabi, AE Company: Emirates Aluminium Co Ltd Location: Abu Dhabi (EMAL) Senior Officer - Talent Partner JOB PURPOSE: To provide administrative and coordination support across talent planning, internal mobility, and development processes. This role ensures smooth execution of talent processes and serves as a point of contact for operational needs and employee queries related to talent. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:  Support preparation and logistics for talent reviews, calibration meetings, and succession planning discussions.  Maintain internal mobility registers and track talent movement opportunities.  Assist with survey coordination and candidate communication.  Collate feedback from talent-related activities.  Assist in delivery of assessment centres and interpretation of psychometric and assessment data.  Maintain accurate talent data in enterprise systems and dashboards.  Liaise with HCBPs, employees, and Academy teams to ensure alignment and action follow-up.  Support with reporting and presentation preparation.  Monitor process timelines and escalate delays to senior team members. AUTHORITY/ DECISION MAKING:  Works within established guidelines, policies and procedures under the guidance of Head of Talent Marketplace.  Subject to normal approvals within the EGA DoA for projects and investments. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, or relevant discipline.
