Requirements

• Mandatory Requirements:
• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• - Proven professional experience in network security engineering.
• - Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and security solutions.
• - Solid experience with Fortinet technologies.
• - Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs, network protocols, and firewall management.
• - Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• - Ability to work full-time and on-site in Sohar, Oman.
• Mandatory Certifications:
• - Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• - Fortinet NSE 7

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network security solutions.
• Administer and optimize Palo Alto and Fortinet security products.
• Monitor network performance, security events, and potential threats.
• Implement firewall policies, VPNs, routing, switching, and access-control rules.
• Investigate network and security incidents and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform system upgrades, security hardening, and configuration reviews.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and customers to meet service requirements.
