Job Responsibilities - Develop creative gift and product concepts (boxes, bouquets, bundles). - Research market trends and apply them to new product ideas. - Design products for different occasions (weddings, birthdays, holidays, etc.). - Collaborate with production teams to ensure product quality and execution. - Select materials, packaging, and accessories aligned with brand standards. - Improve existing products based on customer feedback and sales performance. - Prepare samples and prototypes for new product launches.
Requirements
- - 1–3 years of experience in product development, floral design, or gifting industry.
- - Strong creative and visual design sense.
- - Knowledge of color theory and packaging design.
- - Ability to translate ideas into tangible products.
- - High attention to detail and strong execution skills.
