Requirements

• - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• - Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management or a similar role.
• - Knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.
• - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Fluent in speaking both Arabic and English.
• - Proficiency in computer applications related to facility management.
• - Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing reliability and safety of our facilities.
• Create and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in facility operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to coordinate facility-related projects.
• Respond to facility emergencies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
