Senior Legal Generalist

We are looking for a Senior Legal Generalist with experience in IT / Fintech / banking for the legal team. Responsibilities: - Provide legal support for expansion into new jurisdictions, including corporate setup, local approvals, and launch-related matters; - Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain a wide range of commercial agreements, including service, technology, vendor, partnership, and other business-critical contracts; - Lead legal workstreams and coordinate cross-functional projects together with compliance, operations, finance, technology, and leadership teams; - Monitor legal and regulatory developments in relevant markets and turn them into clear, practical recommendations for the business; - Support licensing processes and ongoing legal matters in regulated jurisdictions, including Malta, India, and the UAE / DIFC; - Advise internal teams on commercial, regulatory, employment, and broader people-related issues; - Manage relationships with external counsel and ensure efficient, high-quality, and commercially sound legal support.
