• - Saudi Nationals only
• - Previous experience as an Usher at high profile events
• - Fluent in English and Arabic
• - Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
• - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations
• - Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist with crowd management
• - Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules

Responsibilities

• - Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable welcome to every guest, creating a positive first impression of The Groves.
• - Assist guests with entry procedures, ticket validation, and front desk ticket sales.
• - Provide accurate information regarding attractions, dining venues, entertainment experiences, facilities, and event schedules.
• - Guide guests confidently throughout the venue, ensuring smooth movement and exceptional customer service.
• - Manage queues efficiently while maintaining a calm, organised, and welcoming environment.
• - Monitor access to designated areas and ensure entry protocols are consistently followed.
• - Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide assistance to enhance the overall visitor experience.
• - Observe guest activity and promptly report incidents, concerns, or operational issues to supervisors.
• - Support venue safety procedures and respond professionally during emergencies or evacuations.
• - Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation within assigned areas.
• - Uphold The Groves' premium hospitality standards by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail at all times.
• - Work collaboratively with colleagues across operations, security, guest services, and event teams to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience.
