Director of Events

The Director of Events is a senior leadership role responsible for conceptualizing, planning, executing, and managing all events hosted by the ultra-luxury beach resort. Reporting directly to the General Manager or the Executive Committee, this individual ensures that all events reflect the resort's brand reputation for exclusivity and excellence. This role also demands strong financial accountability, high-level operational leadership, and the creation of innovative experiences that deliver measurable business growth and guest satisfaction. The Director of Events is fully accountable for the events department's financial performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. They are expected to work cross-functionally with the Sales, Marketing, Food & Beverage, Operations, and Guest Services teams to drive revenue, enhance the resort's brand, and elevate guest experiences.
