Waiter/Waitress

As a Waiter / Waitress, you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Perform all necessary tasks to serve food and beverages according to the hotel's Standard of Performance Manual. - Greet and seat guests, providing professional, discreet, and personalized service. - Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and advise guests. - Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverages being served. - Maintain positive guest relations and handle complaints and inquiries satisfactorily. - Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and ensure the proper upkeep of all service equipment. - Complete all service preparations before, during, and after service (mise en place and mise en scène). - Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage. - Actively apply upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
