Material Issuance / Parts Tracker in Production

About the role

Requirements

• - 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience working in the manufacturing sector.
• - Proven experience accurately reconciling issued, returned, and consumed materials.
• - Experience supporting stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• - Strong accuracy in verifying part numbers and quantities before material issuance.
• - Experience coordinating with production supervisors, warehouse teams, and procurement teams.
• - Working proficiency in English.
• - Availability to work overtime when required.
• - Experience using Odoo for inventory or material tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• - Issue raw materials, components, and spare parts to production according to approved requisitions.
• - Track material consumption and update inventory records in the ERP/system.
• - Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the procurement or warehouse team.
• - Ensure all issued materials are properly documented and recorded.
• - Perform daily reconciliation of issued, returned, and consumed materials.
• - Maintain accurate parts-tracking records throughout the production process.
• - Coordinate with production supervisors regarding material requirements and priorities.
• - Verify material quantities and part numbers before issuance.
• - Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting activities.
• - Generate reports on material usage, stock movement, and inventory discrepancies.
• - Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory control policies.
