Throughout the program, you will gain valuable exposure to our business—from offshore operations to strategic business functions—working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to innovation, operational excellence, safety, and collaboration. You will also develop a broad understanding of our business, technologies, and global operations through mandatory rotational placements across our global hubs - France, Sweden, UAE - as well as offshore. By the end of the 24-month program, you will have built a strong foundation of technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
