Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates. You'll play a key role in supporting the Sub System Manager (SSM) by ensuring the successful execution of the work package in ODYC. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, engineering, and operations), develop and follow a robust mobilization plan, create and monitor KPIs, and track the progress of action plans, and much more."We’ll look to you for: Supporting the Sub System Manager in overseeing the work package in ODYC. Developing and maintaining the mobilization plan to ensure project readiness., Reporting to the line manager any issues related to the Sub System Manager's work package., Creating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and performance., Following up on action plans to ensure timely execution., Providing regular updates and reports on project status and performance metrics. Take charge of TSM petty cash to support the maintenance activities. Lead weekly operation meetings and maintain trackers and communicate MOMs. Support maintenance teams with purchase request and define general requirements when needed All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Provide regular updates and reports on project status and performance metrics. Manage TSM petty cash to support maintenance activities. Lead weekly operation meetings and maintain trackers and communicate Minutes of Meetings (MOMs). Support maintenance teams with purchase requests and define general requirements when needed.
