About the Role: Senior Team Manager – Jeddah, KSA Core Purpose of the job: Initiate, identify, manage and follow-up of all continuous improvements triggered via customer complaints, non-compliances, refer delivery non compliances, rejects and dumps, hygiene audits by ensuring continual proactive approach to Operations. Requirements: Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below: • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Food or Bakery Industry. • Proven experience in leading investigations into customer complaints, food safety incidents, and quality deviations on products and raw materials. • Experience in root cause analysis and preventive actions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excell, Word, etc). Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Food or Bakery Industry.
