Job Purpose Assist project team in the configuration of business processes in the area of assigned SAP ERP modules efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments within wider scope. Key Accountability Areas SAP Module Expertise and Business Process Improvement: Provide subject matter expertise on SAP's best practices for implementing respective SAP module business processes. Lead workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes, identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort. Foster the culture of innovation, building and enduring healthy relationships with positive feedback from colleagues and customers. Contribute to IT department level improvements by delivering on initiatives that contribute to governance and standardization of processes, including but not limited to Business Process & Procedures. SAP Module Configuration and Testing: Design, configure, test, and implement assigned SAP module business processes and ensure SAP standard is followed, minimizing customization. Define and execute unit test, integration test, and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live. Project Management and Documentation: Contribute to managing SAP projects or programs within defined time, quality, and cost constraints to deliver solutions for ultimate business satisfaction. Documenting all aspects of the assigned SAP module implementation (e.g., business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures, etc.). Support and Incident Resolution: Support the existing productive implementation of the assigned SAP module and resolve incidents based on pre-defined SLAs. Identify and ensure any change request follows the Request for Change processes and not through incidents. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job. Delivery: Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks. Problem-Solving: Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvement: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services. Academic Qualification Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Bachelor Degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or Any relevant field. 6 to 10 Years of experience in Applications Development Standards and Procedures, Applications Knowledge, Applications System Analysis, Applications System Design, Joint Applications Development. SAP SD Functional experience as part of SAP ERP modules; ability to design, configure, test, and implement SAP module business processes; experience with unit/integration/regression testing; project management and documentation capabilities; incident resolution and change management adherence.

Lead workshops to gather business requirements, identify gaps, and promote standard SAP processes. Design, configure, test, and implement SAP SD module processes with minimal customization. Develop and execute test scripts (unit, integration, regression) and troubleshoot issues. Contribute to SAP projects within time, quality, and cost constraints. Document all aspects of the SAP module implementation (blueprints, configuration, specs, test plans, procedures). Provide support for production incidents and ensure change requests follow formal processes. Maintain governance and standardization of processes and pursue automation opportunities where possible. Deliver periodic reports on task deviation and execution; ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental management procedures.
