This leadership role ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective service delivery across the fleet, strictly adhering to industry standards, company policies, and environmental regulations. To maximize performance and minimize distractions for the Rig managers, The Operations Manager must ensure that Rig Managers are essentially solely focused on safe and efficient rig operations and that that they receive adequate support from the diverse administrative functions. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Performance Optimization & Client Service: Operational Leadership & Technical Expertise: Cost Management & Strategic Planning: Client Relations & Business Development: Human Resources Management: Total Years of Experience (Minimum) 15 years of experience Relevant Experience Experience working on various drilling rigs (onshore/offshore) and well types (exploratory, development). Proven track record of leading and motivating drilling crews to achieve safe and efficient well completion. Experience in well planning, wellbore control procedures, and rig optimization techniques. Strong understanding of drilling rig systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures. Minimum 15 years of experience in drilling operations (onshore/offshore) with a proven track record leading drilling crews. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Valid IWCF or IADC well control certificate – Supervisor Level. Stuck pipe certification.

Oversee all aspects of rig operations across onshore and offshore sites, ensure safe and cost-effective service delivery, support Rig Managers to focus on operations, lead performance optimization, client relations, and strategic planning, manage human resources and ensure adherence to environmental and company policies.
