Business & Data Analyst - ServiceNow HRSD

TAWANTECH is looking for a Business & Data Analyst to support business analysis and data activities on ServiceNow HRSD implementations — gathering requirements, documenting processes, validating HR data, and supporting testing and reporting. This is not an ETL or data-migration-lead role, and it's a great way to build hands-on ServiceNow experience alongside senior consultants. Key Responsibilities • Join discovery workshops with HR and business stakeholders to capture requirements. • Document current- and future-state HR processes, case types, and reporting needs. • Collect and review HR data for quality issues — missing values, duplicates, inconsistent formats. • Prepare data mapping, dictionaries, and business rules with guidance from the HRSD consultant. • Prepare user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios. • Support UAT, defect follow-up, and go-live readiness.
