Sunreef Yachts is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help shape and build the next phase of our visual identity across yacht, charter, brokerage, and brand communications. This is not a pure content design role. We are looking for someone senior enough to build structure, systems, and long-term brand consistency — someone who can help define, evolve, and own the brand alongside the marketing direction. Responsibilities: * Develop and evolve Sunreef’s visual brand identity * Build and maintain brand guidelines and brand books * Create systems for typography, layouts, color, visual hierarchy, and design consistency * Define creative direction across digital, print, campaigns, social, web, and presentations * Work closely with marketing and leadership on long-term brand positioning * Own and maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints * Build scalable templates and design systems for internal teams Benefits What We Offer: · Competitive salary and benefits package · Opportunity to work on innovative and sustainable projects · Supportive and growth-oriented work environment · Exposure to international standards and advanced technologies
Requirements
- * Strong senior-level experience in brand identity and design systems
- * Exceptional taste and understanding of luxury visual standards
- * Strong typography, layout, and art direction skills
- * Experience building premium or high-end brands
- * Strong understanding of creative structure, consistency, and visual storytelling
- * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern AI creative tools
- * Ability to think strategically while executing at a high level
- Ideal profile:
- * Systems-oriented and highly detail-focused
- * Strong creative leadership and brand ownership mindset
- * Able to build structure, not just visuals
- * Strong aesthetic judgment with luxury sensibility
- * Experience in luxury, hospitality, fashion, automotive, architecture, or lifestyle brands is a plus
