OT Cybersecurity Sales Representative

Requirements

• - Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• - Minimum 5 years of B2B solution sales experience.
• - At least 3 years of experience selling cybersecurity, industrial automation, OT, ICS, or industrial IT solutions in Saudi Arabia.
• - Strong understanding of industrial environments, including SCADA, DCS, PLC, and HMI systems.
• - Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NCA OTCC, ECC, and NIST SP 800-82.
• - Experience managing enterprise sales cycles, tenders, and procurement processes.
• - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• - Fluent in Arabic and English.
• - Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
• Preferred Qualifications
• - Experience selling OT cybersecurity solutions and services.
• - Familiarity with leading OT cybersecurity technologies and platforms.
• - Experience working with industrial sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, utilities, mining, manufacturing, or transportation.
• - Relevant cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Business Development
• - Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial and critical infrastructure sectors.
• - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• - Generate and qualify sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and client engagement.
• - Support vendor registration and prequalification activities with prospective clients.
• - Monitor and respond to market opportunities, tenders, and requests for proposals.
• Account Management
• - Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• - Develop strong relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• - Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions within existing accounts.
• - Support contract renewals and long-term customer retention.
• Sales & Commercial Activities
• - Lead customer discussions and commercial negotiations.
• - Collaborate with technical and presales teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
• - Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle from qualification to closure.
• - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
• Partner & Market Engagement
• - Build relationships with technology partners, system integrators, and industry stakeholders.
• - Represent AIS at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• - Stay informed on OT cybersecurity trends, regulations, and market developments within Saudi Arabia.
