Lead the Bank's Digital Fraud function by developing and executing the digital fraud strategy to prevent, detect, investigate, and respond to fraud across all digital channels. The role is responsible for protecting customers and the Bank from financial and reputational losses while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting secure digital transformation. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement the Bank's Digital Fraud strategy, governance, policies, and operating framework. - Lead the Digital Fraud team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management. - Oversee fraud prevention, real-time monitoring, detection, investigation, and recovery activities across digital banking channels. - Enhance fraud detection capabilities through analytics, AI, machine learning, and fraud management technologies. - Manage fraud monitoring rules, fraud analytics, and continuous optimization of fraud controls to reduce fraud losses and false positives. - Lead investigations of significant digital fraud incidents and coordinate with Information Security, Cybersecurity, AML, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and law enforcement where required. - Monitor emerging fraud trends and recommend proactive controls to address new fraud risks. - Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices. - Prepare executive dashboards, fraud reports, and performance metrics for senior management and governance committees. - Partner with Digital Banking, Technology, Operations, Risk, and external vendors to strengthen fraud prevention capabilities and support digital initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems,, or a related discipline. - relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFE, CAMS, CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are preferred. - Minimum 12 years of banking experience, including at least 7 years in Digital Fraud, Fraud Risk, Financial Crime, or Cyber Fraud. - Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing fraud teams within the banking or financial services sector. - Strong knowledge of SAMA regulations, digital banking, payment systems, fraud management frameworks, and financial crime controls.
