Senior Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Summary: The Senior Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely payments, accurate reporting, and effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Review and process daily proposed payments - Prepare and maintain accounts payable tracking reports - Manage invoice collection and follow up with internal departments - Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies - Liaise with vendors and internal teams regarding payment matters - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role - Strong understanding of AP processes and reconciliations - Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
