• Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design & Implementation
• - Lead end-to-end solutioning for Finacle Core Banking requirements.
• - Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• - Conduct requirement analysis, functional design, and gap analysis.
• - Configure and implement Finacle modules based on business requirements.
• - Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
• Finacle Customization & Development
• - Develop and implement customizations using Finacle Scripting.
• - Develop and maintain database procedures, functions, and scripts using PL/SQL.
• - Perform Finacle menu customization and configuration.
• - Configure and support Finacle functionalities based on business requirements.
• - Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Finacle.
• Integration & Technical Support
• - Design, develop, and support API integrations between Finacle and external/internal systems.
• - Support API configuration, integration testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• - Handle batch job scheduling, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• - Work with technical teams to ensure reliable integration between Finacle and enterprise applications.
• - Support production issues and provide technical resolution within agreed timelines.
• Stakeholder Management
• - Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.
• - Understand business processes and translate them into Finacle functional and technical requirements.
• - Communicate solution approaches, dependencies, risks, and delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
• - Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Testing & Deployment
• - Support functional testing, system integration testing, and UAT activities.
• - Assist business users during UAT and resolve identified issues.
• - Support deployment, release, and post-implementation activities.
• - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical and functional support.
• - Ensure solutions are delivered with appropriate documentation and quality standards.
• Required Technical Skills
• - 5+ years of experience in Finacle Core Banking technology projects.
• - Strong hands-on experience with Finacle Core Banking.
• - Strong expertise in Finacle Scripting.
• - Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL.
• - Experience with Finacle customization and configuration.
• - Experience with Finacle menu customization.
• - Experience with API integration and configuration.
• - Experience with batch job setup, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• - Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and production support.
• Required Functional / Banking Skills
• Strong functional knowledge of core banking modules, particularly:
• - CASA – Current Account / Savings Account
• - Term Deposits (TD)
• - Loans
• The candidate should understand relevant banking processes and be able to translate business requirements into Finacle solutions.
• Delivery & Agile
• - Experience working in enterprise banking technology delivery environments.
• - Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• - Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• - Participation in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, requirement discussions, testing, and release activities.
• - Strong ownership of assigned deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.

• - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• - Strong stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to work closely with business users, functional teams, developers, QA, and technology stakeholders.

• - Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced banking environment.
• - Good documentation and communication skills.
• - Willingness to work on both functional and technical aspects of Finacle delivery.
• Preferred / Nice to Have
• - Experience in large-scale core banking transformation projects.
• - Exposure to enterprise banking integrations and modernization initiatives.
• - Experience with Finacle production support and release management.
• - Exposure to modern API-based integration architectures.
• - Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
