Senior Associate - PMO

JOB PURPOSE Lead the EPMO’s A.I. transformation and project manage the Group’s strategic A.I. initiatives Drive successful implementation of the EPMO team’s strategy, services and deliverables Support delivery and monitoring of ad hoc strategic and special projects Please note, this role is for a UAE national only ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Project manage the Group’s most strategic A.I. initiatives from business case to deployment, coordinating Business Owners, Technology teams and vendors Lead, hands-on, the EPMO team’s A.I. transformation by developing new tools, automations and products that enhance productivity and management insights Design, build and maintain A.I. agents and automated workflows, ensuring adoption, data governance and continuous improvement Establish frameworks to manage initiatives, including methodologies, tools, and organizational structures Determine key steps and milestones for implementing initiatives in coordination with the Business Owners Identify the interdependencies between initiatives, and manage risks and escalation on the singular and aggregate levels Report project progress, achievements interdependencies, risks and challenges to Management Provide support to the business owners and sponsors in uplifting the quality of project plans and other project & initiative artifacts Review quality, performance reports and perform Quality Assurance on all initiative's deliverables/outputs Manage and monitoring change requests and ensure that they adhere to the approved policies Support in the delivery and monitoring of ad hoc strategic and special business projects Conduct research, analysis and other strategic activities in collaboration with the Strategy team as required by the business from time to time QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: 6 years in PMO, technology delivery or A.I. / software engineering roles FIELD OF EXPERIENCE: Built and deployed A.I. tools, agents or automations into business use Led implementations from ideation to post closing of A.I. initiatives Experience in managing PMO in the Real Estate sector or corporate departments in a holding structure TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS A.I. agents and tools development (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering) Coding in Python and SQL; APIs and data integration Proficiency in Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power BI and Azure Project Management, Agile delivery and Strategic Planning Stakeholder management, Research and Analysis QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar A.I. and PMP certification are advantageous

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Project Management Office role; experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project with project teams of 5 to 25 people

Support the end-to-end process of the identification, development, prioritization and implementation of the highest impact / most strategic projects and programs in the organization; Establish frameworks to manage initiatives, including methodologies, tools, and organizational structures; Prioritize initiatives for implementation and ensure alignment with the strategy; Determine key steps and milestones for implementing initiatives in coordination with the Business Owners; Identify the interdependencies between initiatives, and manage risks and escalation on the singular and aggregate levels; Report project progress, achievements interdependencies, risks and challenges to Management; Manage the assigned EPMO manpower to the initiatives and conduct regular manpower planning and allocation; Set up priorities to tasks and categorize them according to previously set standards; Maintain the organizational structure and roles within the initiative's ecosystem; Provide support to the business owners and sponsors in uplifting the quality of project plans and other project & initiative artifacts; Review quality, performance reports and perform Quality Assurance on all initiative's deliverables/outputs; Manage and monitoring change requests and ensure that they adhere to the approved policies; Define the training needs of the initiative teams, recommend the necessary training courses, and monitor the effectiveness and results of these courses; Support in the delivery and monitoring of ad hoc strategic and special business projects; Conduct research, analysis and other strategic activities in collaboration with the Strategy team as required by the business from time to time
