What You Will Deliver Geological Analysis and Modelling - Conducts geological mapping, sampling, logging, and data interpretation. - Develops and reviews geological models, resource reports, and technical assessments. - Identifies geological uncertainties and recommends mitigation actions. Exploration and Operational Support - Plans and monitors drilling programs and exploration campaigns. - Evaluates exploration targets and recommends future opportunities. - Provides geological advice to planning, engineering, and operational teams. Standards and Improvement - Maintains geological data, documentation, and reporting standards. - Monitors geological risks and applies HSE and regulatory requirements. - Improves geological practices and mentors junior personnel. What Success Looks Like - Geological data and models are accurate, complete, and reliable. - Exploration programs deliver high-quality geological information. - Geological risks and uncertainties are identified and addressed. - Technical recommendations improve planning and operational decisions. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline. - Master’s degree or relevant professional membership is preferred. Experience - 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in mining, exploration, or resource geology. - Experience in geological modelling, resource estimation, drilling, and technical reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related discipline. 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in mining, exploration, or resource geology.
