Junior Operations Associate - Revie

Sanabil Studio is a venture builder that blends industry expertise, technology, and startup know-how to turn bold ideas into real businesses. We take concepts from zero to launch, and when a venture proves its potential, we back it with seed funding and hands-on support to help it scale. At Revie, we believe great design combines technology with human understanding. We use smart tools to simplify the interior design and execution process, but what truly sets us apart is our attention to detail and focus on each client's needs. We are an interior design and execution company in Riyadh, helping you transform your space from concept to reality, from planning and design to execution and furnishing. Our team of interior designers and contractors ensures high-quality delivery at every stage, with a clear and structured experience from start to finish. We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Operations Associate to support the planning, administration, and daily coordination of interior design and fit-out projects, reporting to the Project Manager. THE ROLE: What you'll own here. - Maintain project to-do lists, action trackers, and schedules, ensuring each task has a clear owner and deadline. - Follow up with suppliers and the operations, design, and sales teams on deliverables, approvals, material availability, and delivery dates. - Assist the Project Manager with project planning, meeting arrangements, and daily coordination. - Prepare meeting minutes, record action points, and follow up until completion. - Organize project files, correspondence, reports, and supporting documents. - Prepare regular progress updates highlighting completed tasks, pending actions, delays, and issues requiring the Project Manager's attention. - Communicate project priorities and updates clearly across all involved teams. - Escalate urgent matters promptly and support the coordination needed to resolve them. - Remain available for urgent coordination and support outside regular working hours when required, according to an agreed standby schedule. THE PROFILE: You're probably a fit if… - You have a background in administration, business administration, project coordination, or a related field. - You have previous experience in an administrative or project support role; experience in interior design, construction, or fit-out is preferred. - You have strong organizational, time-management, and planning skills. - You can manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and follow through on outstanding tasks. - You pick up instructions quickly and can learn new processes and tools efficiently. - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English. - You're proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with the ability to maintain schedules, trackers, and reports. - You're responsible and proactive, with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-up. - You have a personal vehicle and a valid Saudi driving license. - You hold a valid Iqama/residence ID. THE ENVIRONMENT: What working here actually looks like. - Hands-On From Day One: You'll work on real client projects, not test briefs, mood boards, drawings, and specs that end up in finished spaces people actually live and work in. - Structured Mentorship: You'll work closely with our design and operations team, learning the full process, concept, material sourcing, and site coordination, with senior designers reviewing your work at every stage. - Fast-Paced, High Standards: We move quickly from concept to delivery, and every drawing and spec is held to the same bar our clients see in the finished space.
