The Role We are looking for a Finance Trainee for recently Dubai based graduated students. The Finance Trainee will support the accounts team in our newly renovated Dubai Media City, Arenco Tower office. The candidate must be able to report to the office Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. No experience required but must have an Accountancy & Finance university degree. Candidates with internship experience will be prioritized. Key Responsibilities - Assisting the accountants as they perform their duties. - Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records. - Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents. - Working with multiple bookkeeping software. - Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity. - Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients. - Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations. Skills, Knowledge and Experience - Bachelor’s degree holder in a finance or accounting related discipline - Strong verbal and written communication skills, used to work with multi-nationals - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to adhere to strict timelines/deadlines - Exceptional attention to detail – data capture, follow-up and follow-through, high level of accuracy - Fluent English - written & spoken - UAE passport & family book
Bachelor’s degree holder in a finance or accounting related discipline; Fluent English - written & spoken; UAE passport & family book; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Excellent organisational skills and the ability to adhere to strict timelines/deadlines; Exceptional attention to detail – data capture, follow-up and follow-through, high level of accuracy; Ability to work with multi-nationals.
