WHAT YOU'LL BRING: - 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services implementations. - Proven ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously, often with remote resources, global teams, and partner-led delivery components. - Strong collaborator management skills, with the ability to navigate and influence at all organizational levels, from project teams to C-suite sponsors. - Experience working across internal delivery teams and third-party partners, including Systems Integrators (SIs) or global consulting firms. - Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes; experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury), Kyriba, ION, or similar platforms is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to identify, bring up, and drive resolution of program risks and issues in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. - Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities, with the ability to simplify complex delivery status into clear executive narratives. - Ability to mentor and develop junior PMs and consultants while managing your own program delivery load. - Experience providing services to clients across the Middle East, or a proven capability to work effectively across regional business cultures, time zones, and working-week conventions. - Willingness to travel regionally as required to support client engagements.
