Requirements

• - Proven 5+ experience as a Camp Boss, Camp Manager, or similar role in housing and catering management.
• - Knowledge of camp operations, catering services, and facility management.
• - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate efficiently.
• - Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• - Flexibility to work in a camp environment and handle emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• - Manage and supervise camp lodging and catering services to meet company standards.
• - Coordinate with catering and housekeeping teams to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene policies within the camp premises.
• - Handle logistics related to camp supplies and inventory management.
• - Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by camp residents promptly.
• - Manage camp staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• - Prepare reports on camp operations and suggest improvements.
