What You'll be Doing The E-Commerce Traineeship offers you the opportunity to shape the future of luxury retail in the digital world. As online shopping continues to transform the customer experience, you'll gain hands-on exposure to the teams that bring our digital platforms to life—from launching products and optimizing online experiences to analyzing customer behavior and driving commercial performance. As a trainee, you'll work alongside experienced professionals across multiple areas of E-Commerce, allowing you to explore different career paths while building practical skills in one of the fastest-growing functions within Chalhoub Group. What You'll Need to Succeed - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, Information Systems, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field. - A strong interest in digital commerce, technology, and customer experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new digital tools and technologies. - A proactive mindset with the confidence to contribute ideas and take ownership of projects.
