This is not simply our job, it’s our passion. About the Role As an Order Taker,In-Room Dining, you will be the first point of contact for guests placing dining orders from the comfort of their rooms. You will provide exceptional service by accurately taking orders, recommending menu items, coordinating with the culinary and service teams, and ensuring every order is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Your role will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Food & Beverage, Guest Services, or a similar hospitality environment. You possess excellent communication skills, a warm and engaging personality, and the ability to handle guest requests with confidence and efficiency. Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences are essential. Knowledge of POS systems and fluency in English is preferred, while additional language skills are considered an advantage. Our brand is expanding faster than ever before. Previous experience in Food & Beverage, Guest Services, or a similar hospitality environment.
