About the Role As an Imperial Club Agent, you will deliver a seamless and personalized experience for our guests from arrival to departure. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, handling cashiering transactions accurately, and providing exceptional service through welcome calls, care calls, and concierge assistance. Working closely with colleagues across the resort, you will anticipate guest needs, resolve requests promptly, and create memorable experiences that reflect our luxury hospitality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence, security, and cash handling procedures. About You You have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a 5-star luxury environment. You are a confident, energetic, and adaptable team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. You can effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards and are comfortable engaging with a diverse range of guests and colleagues at all levels. Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury environment. Opera Cloud experience is preferred. Proficiency in Arabic and/or Russian is an advantage.
