In this role, your key responsibilities include : Performance Management-Collaborate on the design of information technology infrastructure in order to support Consumer Banking and Small and Medium Enterprises SME’s performance and quality improvement programmes which are aligned to strategic priorities. Focus on improving operational and programme efficiencies in order to support a positive and measurable impact on sales performance and productivity. Build and deploy incentive schemes for front line channels and simulate incentive changes to optimize cost/income ratios Campaign Management-Develop a comprehensive customer marketing database for Small and Medium Enterprise SME, in conjunction the Information technology (IT) department, in order to establish decision sciences, customer targeting methodology (time/event/behavior based). Develop, in close coordination with business and marketing teams, the infrastructure for campaign management to ensure that campaigns can be rolled out on a regular basis for all customer segments. Monitor all Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) campaigns in order to track response rates, conversions, incremental revenues and costs Management Information System (MIS) and Reports- Work with stakeholders to identify/determine functional report requirements, write functional specifications, develop, customize and test reports, score cards and dashboards in order to provide on demand analytics and reporting, build insight and analytics capability and support the Bank's strategic agenda People Management- Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance. Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders Continuous Improvement- Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank’s standards Customer Service- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions The ideal candidate should have the following experience At least 6 years of experience in a Bank and in an analytics function Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Marketing Knowledge of technology components including Small and Medium Enterprise SME knowhow, business analysis, data analysis and basic knowledge of Structure Query Language (SQL) Knowledge of statistics Advanced Excel skills Logical data interpretation ability Planning, analytical and time management skills What we offer: Competitive Salary : The indicative pay range for this role is AED 22500– AED 38000 per month.
