Job Description

Requirements

• - Receive cash, credit/debit card, and other payment methods from customers.
• - Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations.
• - Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions.
• - Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• - Deposit cash collections as per company procedures.
• - Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the Finance Department.
• - Handle refunds, exchanges, and payment discrepancies in accordance with company policies.
• - Ensure the cash counter is organized and secure at all times.
• - Assist customers with payment-related queries in a professional manner.
• - Coordinate with the Finance and Accounts team regarding daily collections.
• - Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• - Comply with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Qualifications
• - High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• - Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cashier, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or a commercial organization.
• - Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• - Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Required Skills
• - Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
• - Good communication and customer service skills.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• - High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• - Honest, trustworthy, and well-organized.
• Preferred
• - Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• - Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• - Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
