Bartender

Your key responsibilities will include: - Perform all necessary tasks to serve beverages according to the hotel's Standard of Performance Manual. - Achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through the effective utilization of all resources. - Delight guests by offering trend-setting and innovative products and services, contributing to sales activities and maximizing revenue. - Set up the bar and prepare all necessary mise en place before service. - Clean the bar and all equipment according to the required standards, maintaining cleanliness throughout service. - Provide prompt and efficient service to all guests while treating guests and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner.
