Strategy and Performance Management Manager

Drive strategic planning, institutional performance management, KPI governance, and reporting to enable delivery of Golf Saudi’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities: • Manage team deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality outputs. • Manage the annual planning cycle activities: strategy refresh, initiatives, and KPI setting. • Maintain and administer the institutional performance framework and KPI governance across functions. • Develop and deliver performance dashboards, monthly reviews, and executive scorecards. • Perform analysis to identify performance gaps and propose improvement actions. • Liaise with stakeholders to align initiatives, milestones, and reporting. • Support change management and performance communication across the organization.
