• Key Responsibilities
• - Lead and provide expert input across all Maximo for Transportation functional modules.
• - Drive configuration, setup, and optimization activities for Transportation operations.
• - Support MAS 8/9.1 upgrades and integration with enterprise systems.
• - Collaborate with cloud/infrastructure teams on Azure or AWS deployment models.
• - Advise clients on process design, testing, and go-live readiness.
• - Mentor client teams and coordinate across project phases.
• Required Expertise
• Core Maximo for Transportation Modules:
• - Asset Configuration Management (ACM)
• - Fleet & Vehicle Management
• - Work Management
• - Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
• - Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
• - Fuel & Driver Management
• - Inventory & Materials Management
• - Purchasing & Procurement
• - Warranty & Contract Management
• - Labor, Crew, and Resource Management
• Experience & Skills
• - 5+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience.
• - 3+ years focused specifically on Maximo for Transportation.
• - Solid experience in Configuration, Setup, and Functional Design.
• - Experience in MAS 8.x / MAS 9.1 environments (preferred).
• - Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• - Strong understanding of transportation asset management processes.
• - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• - Comfortable working with remote and cross-border teams.
