PMC Procurement Specialist Job Title: Procurement Specialist – PMC Location: Abu Dhabi UAE Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support a major Upstream PMC project. This role is to Provide procurement oversight as part of the PMC team for an upstream oil and gas project. Monitor the EPC contractor’s procurement activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, ADNOC procedures, and delivery schedules. Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. - Minimum 17 years of relevant procurement experience in oil and gas projects, including upstream developments. - Previous ADNOC project experience in a PMC role is mandatory. - Experience overseeing EPC contractor procurement, vendor coordination, expediting, and long-lead equipment delivery. - Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement requirements, vendor approval processes, and project procurement workflows. - Strong coordination, negotiation, reporting, and communication skills.
