Lead - Onshore Commissioning (Process & Utility,Elec, I&C and Mech) Penspen is urgently looking to hire Lead- Onshore Commissioning (Process & Utility, Electrical, I&C and Mechanical system) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing multidisciplinary commissioning activities for Process & Utility, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems associated with offshore oil & gas projects. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and system handover activities in accordance with project requirements, international standards, and HSE regulations.for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE Qualification Required - The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Responsibilities - - Lead and manage commissioning activities for Process & Utility, Mechanical, Electrical, and I&C systems. - Develop and implement commissioning strategies, procedures, schedules, and execution plans. - Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Operations, Vendors, and Client representatives to ensure successful system completion and handover. - Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and operational readiness activities. - Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, company procedures, and HSE requirements. - Manage system completion, Mechanical Completion (MC), Ready for Commissioning (RFC), punch list closure, and final acceptance documentation. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve commissioning and start-up issues to minimize project risks and schedule impacts. - Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary commissioning teams, ensuring effective resource utilization and technical guidance. - Monitor commissioning progress, prepare reports, and communicate project status to management and stakeholders. - Support offshore integration, commissioning, and start-up activities as required to ensure seamless project execution and client handover. Experience Required - Minimum 15 TO 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas commissioning, with at least 5 years in a lead role. - Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems. - Familiarity with international standards (API, ASME, IEC, ISO) - PMC experience will be preferred - Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage #LI-JM1 Location UAE - Abu Dhabi Job Family Project Management Type of Contract Fixed Term Contract Full/Part time Full Time Region (current) Middle East Closing Date 30/09/2026 Ref No 15600
