We are looking for an experienced Stock Control Supervisor to join our team and lead inventory control activities within our Central Warehouse. Key Responsibilities : - Supervise daily stock control activities and ensure inventory accuracy. - Plan and oversee cycle counts, targeted counts, and inventory audits. - Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes. - Review and validate inventory adjustments according to approved procedures. - Lead the stock control team and allocate daily workloads. - Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and prepare performance reports. - Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Finance, IT/WMS, Quality & Safety, and other relevant teams. - Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and audit requirements. - Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements - 5–7 years of relevant experience in Stock Control, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics, including supervisory experience. - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, procedures, and KPIs. - Experience with WMS/ERP systems and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Experience in inventory counting, discrepancy investigation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis. - Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
