About the role

Requirements

• Job Responsibilities:
• - Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Build and rigorously maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker (via Power BI or Excel). Monitor the status, ownership, timelines, and dependencies for all regional projects.
• - Stakeholder & Government Liaison: Track engagements with key KSA entities. Document next actions and ensure no follow-up is missed.
• - Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
• - Operational Accountability: Follow up directly with Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure meeting actions and deadlines are met. Act as the primary "enforcer" of project timelines.
• - Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and flag delays, resource bottlenecks, or strategic risks before they impact delivery.
• - Knowledge Management: Ensure seamless continuity of project data and strategic relationships during priority shifts or team transitions.
• Your Qualifications
• - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• - Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
• - 6-8 years of project management experience, preferably within a conglomerate, consulting firm, or logistics/infrastructure sector.
• - Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the KSA business landscape and the Vision 2030 framework. Familiarity with the working styles of Saudi government ministries  and working in international organizationsis essential.
• - Native or professional fluency in English and Arabic is required to navigate government documentation and internal reporting.
