Asset Operations Specialist

Responsibilities: 1. Forecast material demand in office for next month, arrival inspection, device system management, inventory report. 2. System process approval, asset SN record, shipment tracking, receipt confirmation. 3. Asset serial number/Quantity/Model monthly inspection review and system updating. 4. System recycling approval, status classification (Good condition/Repair/Scrap), device system unbind operation. 5. Submit weekly report include Inbound/Outbound Quantity, asset payment status, device status. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related disciplines. 2. Prefer have any experience in logistics, operations, last-mile delivery, or related fields. 3. Proficient in office software (Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.). 4. Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic. 5. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Highlights: 1.
