Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure Specialist The project: This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury mixed-use development in KSA, Riyadh. Mace is providing project management consultancy services Provides strategic leadership across complex infrastructure projects, ensuring integrated planning, stakeholder alignment and delivery assurance. Client focus – Deliver on our promise: - You will ensure robust quality systems are in place and suitably managed in line with service excellence. - You will manage delivery from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones. - You will manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of the Associate Director and other senior leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project. Create opportunity for our people to excel: - You will manage design and wider consultant teams in a collaborative manner to ensure effective completion of responsibilities. - You will lead and manage the project team and relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs). - You will actively network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practice, utilising the full depth of knowledge of Mace Group, the Centres of Excellence, Mace Way Control Centre and Knowledge Hub. Your responsibilities: - Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity and responsible delivery across every project. - Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems and strong stakeholder collaboration. - Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity. - Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practice and unlock potential across Mace. - Lead infrastructure delivery from strategy and mobilisation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout. - Establish governance, controls, risk, cost, programme and reporting disciplines that support confident delivery. - Integrate technical teams, consultants, contractors and authorities to manage interfaces and dependencies. - Champion safety, quality, sustainability, stakeholder alignment and executive decision-making. You’ll need to have: - Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, project management, infrastructure planning or a related discipline. Master’s degree, chartered/professional registration, PMP, PRINCE2, APM, RICS, PMI-SP, Lean Construction or equivalent certification is preferred. - Extensive years of progressive experience in major infrastructure, capital projects, construction, urban development, transport, utilities, real estate, public realm or programme management environments. - Demonstrated senior project management experience leading complex packages, multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors in live delivery environments. - Strong track record in governance, project controls, procurement support, contract administration, authority coordination, stakeholder management, risk management and executive reporting. - Experience managing design-to-construction interfaces, utilities diversions, permits, handover readiness, commissioning, closeout and operational transition is preferred. - Professional English proficiency required; - Arabic is advantageous where authority, local stakeholder or regional delivery coordination is required. - Advanced capability in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Power BI or equivalent dashboards, document control platforms, risk registers, collaboration platforms and project management information systems. - Valid driving licence and site access eligibility may be required. - Infrastructure project delivery strategy, pla
