Responsibilities: 1. Support daily 3PL operations and track key operational performance metrics. 2. Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting on delivery performance, rider productivity, and operational issues. 3. Support PMMs in identifying operational gaps and following up on improvement actions. • Assist with regional operational projects, policy implementation, and cross-functional coordination. 4. Conduct basic market/competitor research and summarize operational insights. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; sales-related internship experience preferred. 2. Strong self-motivation with a hunger for success. 3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, teamwork spirit, and team-building capabilities. 4. Willingness to travel extensively within the region on a long-term basis. 5. Energetic and capable of delivering outstanding results. 6.
