THE TEAM The Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences through genuine hospitality, personalized service, and attention to detail. As the first and last point of contact within the restaurant, the Hostess team plays a critical role in creating memorable impressions and ensuring every guest journey is seamless and welcoming. As a Hostess, you will report to the Assistant Manager - Outlet and work closely with service associates and restaurant leadership to coordinate reservations, manage guest flow, and create exceptional dining experiences for every guest. YOUR ROLE As a Hostess, you will be the face of the restaurant, creating outstanding first impressions and setting the tone for the guest experience. You will welcome and assist guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure restaurant operations flow smoothly throughout service. Through your professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality, you will help create memorable dining experiences while upholding Rosewood's service standards and values. Experience in a hostess, guest relations, restaurant, or hospitality environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional presence. Highly organized with the ability to manage reservations, guest flow, and multiple priorities. Comfortable using restaurant reservation and POS systems. Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly valued.
