Your Role: Associate Housing - Support accommodation allocation and ensure alignment with associate entitlements - Maintain accurate housing records, including occupancy and room assignments - Conduct routine inspections of housing facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards - Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to resolve issues in a timely manner - Monitor associate housing facilities (rooms, gym, pool, common areas) to ensure safety and proper upkeep - Track and report maintenance requests, incidents, and associate concerns - Support associate engagement initiatives and assist in feedback collection - Assist in monitoring housing inventory and report discrepancies - Ensure timely reporting and follow-up of housing-related issues. - Monitor daily room readiness and ensure new joiner accommodations are prepared prior to arrival (cleaning, setup, key allocation) - Enforce housing rules and community standards, addressing non-compliance in a fair and consistent manner - Support conflict resolution between associates within housing to maintain a positive living environment - Conduct spot checks on housekeeping standards in rooms and common areas to ensure consistency - Coordinate pest control, deep clean schedules, and preventive maintenance programs - Track recurring maintenance issues and escalating for long-term corrective actions - Support emergency response procedures within housing (fire drills, evacuations, incident handling) - Monitor utility consumption trends (water, electricity) and report irregularities - Ensure availability and tracking of keys, access cards, and security controls within housing - Assist in onboarding associates by providing housing orientation and guidelines - Assist in the associate offboarding process, including coordination of housing check-out, transportation arrangements, and clearance procedures to ensure a smooth and compliant exit Associate Transportation - Assist in coordinating daily transportation schedules and routes for associates - Monitor transportation services to ensure punctuality and reliability - Maintain records of schedules, usage, and incidents - Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for operation - Report delays, complaints, or service issues and support resolution - Gather associate feedback to support service improvement - Monitor daily attendance vs. transport usage to optimize routes and capacity planning - Assist in adjusting transportation schedules based on operational changes, peak hou
