The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and validating CNC programs to ensure high‑precision machining for marine, composite, and large‑scale manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities - Develop CNC programs for router machines using CAM software (PowerMill preferred). - Generate toolpaths, perform simulations, and troubleshoot errors prior to production. - Support and operate multi‑axis CNC machines. - Optimize programs for cycle time, material efficiency, and machining quality. - Execute full machine setup, including tooling, fixtures, and calibration. - Monitor machining operations and adjust parameters for accuracy and quality. - Perform routine machine maintenance. - Maintain clear documentation for revisions and machining processes. - Follow company safety standards and operational procedures.
