Cost Control

HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for a dedicated Cost Control professional to manage and monitor project costs effectively across various construction projects. The role entails ensuring accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to support project financial health and successful delivery. Key Responsibilities - Monitor project expenditures and prepare detailed cost reports. - Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures. - Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis. - Work closely with project managers and finance teams to ensure budget adherence. - Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in risk mitigation related to project costs. - Support contract administration and change management processes with accurate cost data. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 12 years of experience in cost control within construction or engineering sectors. - Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical and numerical skills. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction industry standards is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in cost control within construction or engineering sectors.
